David Stewart, Managing DirectorDavid is an experienced CEO and successful entrepreneur with more than 30 years in management and business leadership roles. David founded Banksia Technology Pty Limited in 1988 and successfully managed the company as a fast growing and highly profitable business. In 1996 he instigated the successful takeovers of a number of his competitors, including NetComm Limited, which was completed in November 1997. David assumed the role of Managing Director of the merged entity and remains the single largest shareholder of NetComm. David has a strong financial background, extensive experience in sales and marketing and maintains an ongoing interest in new technologies. While being very active in the operational aspects of the business, he also focuses on the strategic direction of the company. |

Wayne Trattles, CFOWayne Trattles has over 15 years of financial management experience including substantial expertise in strategic planning, capital formation through venture capital and debt financing. Wayne has helped entrepreneurs launch new businesses, developed growth strategies for established businesses, and worked through reorganizations and restructuring of multinational corporations. He has served as the CFO / COO for early stage companies in the software, telecom, and new media sectors. Previous experience also includes COO of an ASX listed IPTV company; has worked in consulting and audit areas of public accounting and held the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu. Wayne earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting & Mandarin from Bond University, Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. |

Danny Morrison, General Manager SalesDanny has over 20 years experience in commercial and technical roles for companies including Lion Natham, Fletcher Challenge Forests and Askey Australia. Danny began his career in business analysis and information systems before taking on General Management roles with particular focus on sales and business development. In his current position at NetComm, Danny is directly responsible for business development and sales of the domestic retail, commercial, channel and ISP businesses. Danny is currently spearheading NetComm's new Managed Connectivity Services business NetAssure. Danny has a bachelor in Technology (first class hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from Massey University NZ. |

Chris Coughlan, General Manager 3GChris Coughlan has 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry in both engineering and marketing telecommunications. Chris previously held the position of Vice President, Wireless Networks Australasia at Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to that Chris acted as marketing manager for Hutchison Telecommunications, where he successfully launched their Orange CDMA product in December 1999. Furthermore, Chris has provided extensive consulting services to a number of participants in the telecommunications industry including Unwired by assisting them with their business plans for a next generation wireless access network, Access Economics, Bain and Company, and the NZ Commerce Commission on wireless technologies, business plans and spectrum issues. |
