David J Stewart, Managing Director

David is an experienced CEO and successful entrepreneur with more than 30 years in management and business leadership roles. David founded Banksia Technology Pty Limited in 1988 and successfully managed the company as a fast growing and highly profitable business. In 1996 he instigated the successful takeovers of a number of his competitors, including NetComm Limited, which was completed in November 1997. David assumed the role of Managing Director of the merged entity and remains the single largest shareholder of NetComm.

David has a strong financial background, extensive experience in sales and marketing and has a strong interest in new technologies. While being very active in the operational aspects of the business, he also oversees the product development direction and focuses on the strategic direction of the company.

Danny Morrison, General Manager Sales

Danny has over 20 years experience in commercial and technical roles for companies including Lion Natham, Fletcher Challenge Forests and Askey Australia. Danny began his career in business analysis and information systems before taking on General Management roles with particular focus on sales and business development.

In his current position at NetComm, Danny is directly responsible for business development and sales of the domestic retail, commercial, channel and ISP businesses. Danny is currently spearheading NetComm's new Managed Connectivity Services business NetAssure. Danny has a bachelor in Technology (first class hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from Massey University NZ.

Kenneth J Sheridan, Executive Director / Finance Director

Mr Sheridan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in senior management in major corporations in Australia and Asia. He spent 11 years with KPMG before he moved into the commercial sector where he held several CFO roles with large multinational companies in Australia and Asia including three years as Finance Director of a top 10 Malaysian listed consumer goods company. Mr Sheridan was the Group CFO for Tenix, one of Australia’s largest private companies. In the 6 years prior to joining NetComm, Mr Sheridan was Managing Director and major shareholder of Acelero Pty Ltd, a human resources software company.

Jim Lahey, Senior Vice President International Sales

Jim is a globally experienced sales executive with a successful record of developing international sales organisations into wireless operators, systems integrators, specialised distribution channels and OEM hardware manufacturers. With over 23 years of experience in the wireless industry, Jim has had held positions with Sierra Wireless, Aironet Wireless Communications and the Motorola Wireless Data Group.

Most recently, Jim was Vice President Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Operator and Enterprise Sales with Sierra Wireless UK Ltd, London; where he played a key leadership role in the launch and development of Sierra Wireless' business in the EMEA regions.

Currently based in the USA, Jim is playing a significant role in guiding NetComm's ongoing international expansion in line with the Company's long-term growth strategy. Jim earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Illinois State University, Normal, IL USA.
