Your V100 ATA will not work with the original firmware (1.38.030917a) released on the NB3.
NetComm has released a new firmware version that provides support for SIP packets. In order to obtain the latest firmware for your NB3, please go to the Support section of the Netcomm website.
Enter "NB3" without the quotes in the "Search by Product Code" and then download the latest firmware.
To upgrade your Firmware on your NB3 please refer to page 153 of the NetComm NB3 Manual or view the PDF included within this download.
Important Notice:
If you are connecting to your NB3 with the USB Cable and you wish to upgrade to the latest firmware, then you must also install the latest USB drivers which are bundled with this firmware to successfully use the NB3.
Please ensure that you uninstall your previous USB drivers and install the latest drivers bundled in this package before connecting your NB3 back to your computer.
